"Know all men by these presents that I Dame Elizabeth Ward of Stoke Doyle in the county of Northampton, Widow Doe hereby make constitute & appoint Philip Papillon of Lee in the County of Kent Eng my lawful Attorney for me in my me in any [ ] & for my use at anytime hereafter to contract for purchase & buy any shares or interest in the Capital Stock & funds of the Governour & Company of Merchants of Great Britain trading to the South Seas & other parts of America....."
Printed in black with 3 Six Pence stamp imprints top center, black wax seal bottom right. 8.25" x 13". Some age spotting. Very good.
