Henry Clews (1836 – 1923) was an American financier, author and economic consultant to President Ulysses Grant. In 1859, Clews co-founded the second largest marketer of federal bonds during the Civil War - Livermore, Clews & Company, which he split from in 1877 to start Clews & Company.
