Louisville and Northern Railway and Lighting Company issued in 1912 to George W. Williamson for 50 shares of Preferred Stock. This orange certificate was printed by the Colombian Bank Note Co. Chicago and has an ornate border and a great vignette of an electric street car with two light bulbs on either side. It is signed by Samuel Insull, an American business magnate & Thomas Edison's "right hand man".

Cancellation diamond cut out of Treasurer's signature with the paper removed.
